What did I Do Sunday?

For awhile now, I've been reading up on Pinterest, Blogs, Websites on how to get into shape the smart way. I noticed a common trend saying that if you weren't organized there was a 90% chance you were going to fail. And I would still continue to eat out and get what I thought were healthier options but it was costing me an arm and a leg to do this. I went out last night and got 1 week worth of food (or so I thought) and was going to prep it all and be ready for the week.

I made broccolli and carrots for my lunches (froze them in 1 cup portions)
I made rice (I know alot of you are against rice but it's a start) (froze them in 1/4 cup portions)
I made chicken with a tiny bit of Montreal Chicken Spice (froze them in 1 cup portions)
I made Caramel Rice Cakes in a pkg of 1 cup about 11 of them for my 11 am snack.
I made Celery and Cucumber portions for my 2pm snack.

For breakfast, I will be doing a mixture of oats & yogurt, a smoothie, or an egg with some fruit.

And for supper - I will probably do a mixture of what I had for lunch but maybe mix it up a bit <-- Supper is the one thing I have not decided on yet.

I feel now that I have prepared everything that I have way more food than I need for one week which is great for my freezing option. I love being organized and ready to start my day with the food I'm going to be eating. I feel as though I can succeed with the diet portion of my healthy lifestyle change.

If any of my readers have any tips on how to switch things up let me know! I will be posting what I make on Sundays for the week!
